Giants safety Landon Collins suffered a fractured forearm while tight end Evan Engram and wide receiver Sterling Shepard also left Sunday's 23-0 loss to the Arizona Cardinals with injuries, according to interim head coach Steve Spagnuolo.
Collins left the game late in the second quarter on a hit on Arizona's D.J. Foster. One play after he was taken out of the game, Drew Stanton threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to Larry Fitzgerald that gave the Cardinals a 10-0 lead.
Engram suffered a ribs injury trying to make a tackle after an Eli Manning interception in the first quarter. He recorded one catch for 12 yards before being ruled out.
Shepard also sustained a neck injury.
