Michael Grabner is back in the lineup for the Isles, when they take on the Canucks tonight in Vancouver.
Grabner was activated from injured reserve this morning and Lubomir Visonovsky was placed on IR with an upper body injury. Grabner has been on IR retroactively since December 13.
The Austrian winger will take Josh Bailey's roster spot tonight. Bailey is day-to-day with an upper body ailment, according to Arthur Staple of Newsday.
Jaroslav Halak will be back in net for the Islanders. Eddie Lack will be in goal for the Canucks.
Tonight will be an opportunity for the Islanders to bounce back after a bad 5-2 loss to Edmonton on Sunday night. This will also be the final game of the road trip that will take place in Canada.
