The Islanders have extended qualifying offers to C Brock Nelson and D Ryan Pulock among others on Monday.
Nelson, 26, collected 35 points (19 goals, 16 assists) with the Islanders over 82 games last season. He has the highest qualifying offer among the five Islanders at $3.5 million for next season, per CapFriendly.com.
The 23-year-old Pulock has an offer of $832,500. He had 10 goals and 22 assists for a total 32 points over 68 games last season.
The Islanders who received qualifying offers for next season were LW Ross Johnston ($700,000), D Devon Toews ($832,500), and D Kyle Burroughs ($650,000).
Qualifying offers are issued to restricted free agents whose team wishes to retain their negotiation rights.
