Jets DE Henry Anderson, who left Week 5's loss to the Eagles in the first quarter due to a shoulder injury, is dealing with a sprained AC joint, reports Manish Mehta of the Daily News.
An AC joint injury is also known as a shoulder separation.
Jets head coach Adam Gase said on Monday that the length of Anderson's absence will have to do with his pain tolerance level, adding that he's week-to-week and that his status for Week 6 against the Cowboys is not yet determined.
Anderson has started all four games for the Jets this season, with four combined tackles.
The 28-year-old had seven sacks for Gang Green last season, but has yet to rack one up yet in 2019.
