Joining Powell and Barnes are TE Wes Saxton, FB Julian Howsare, OL Wes Johnson, DL Jordan Williams, LB Taiwan Jones and CB Keon Lyn.
The team still has two vacant spots left.
It will be interesting to see how the team fills those last two spots, I can't say for sure if Rontez Miles is still eligible, but if he is then I would imagine that he might find a slot there.
Walt Powell is a potential player who can be called up for special teams return work if needed. Powell of course was drafted by Bruce Arians and the Cardinals last year - Arians is a coach who seems to love those small, agile receivers like Antonio Brown, John Brown and TY Hilton.
Deion Barnes and Tawian Jones showed flashes in the preseason and could be great depth options for the Jets with a little more time and coaching.
I like the idea of Wes Saxton's potential long-term role with the team. He didn't show enough to fill a roster spot even with the loss of Jace Amaro for the season, but I could see him getting a call-up from the squad if they don't find another tight end at some point soon.
