The Jets will take the field in Philadelphia on Sunday, looking for their first win of the season.
Once again, the team will be without Sam Darnold, leaving the door open for Luke Falk to start, who, according to SNY Insider Ralph Vacchiano, needs to be far better than he was against the Patriots.
"Falk obviously was a disaster in his first start, throwing for only 98 yards up in New England, leading an offense that gained just 105 yards overall," said Vacchiano. "Even Adam Gase recognized that they just weren't competitive against the Patriots.
"The good news is that the Eagles are not the Patriots. They have the 23rd ranked defense in the NFL, a bad corner back group, and the 32nd passing defense in the NFL, so there will be openings for Falk to be able to move the ball."
