Jose Coronado

According to Lynn Worthy, the B-Mets coaching staff has decided to skip Jeurys Familia's next start to give the right-hander rest. Here is the excerpt from Worthy:

B-Mets pitching coach Marc Valdes said Familia was going to be skipped this time through the pitching rotation. Valdes said Familia is not hurt, but the team wanted to let Familia rest.
This is the second time over the past month that Familia will be getting "rest".

Now what can we make out of this? Does he?legitimately?need rest? Is the organization being?cautious?with his innings total? Is the organization hiding a deeper issue? Should we be concerned with Familia's durability as a starter?
