With free agency less than a week away from kicking off in the NBA, the Nets have been closely related with some of the top players on the market, including Kawhi Leonard.
According to the latest odds released by Odds Shark, Brooklyn has fell down the list of teams.
The Nets had the third-best chances (+650) at the beginning of the month, but that has changed. Now the Nets are fifth on the list at +1600. Here's how the odds shake out...
Leonard isn't the only free agent the Nets are targeting. Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant are also on their list, but reports have noted Brooklyn having some worries about signing the former without the latter. Sources have told SNY's Ian Begley that Irving is the favorite to land with the Nets.
Going back to Leonard, he had just opted out of his $21.3 million player option for next season in Toronto. However, he is 'seriously considering' a re-sign with the Raptors following their NBA Finals victory.
