The Brooklyn Nets face the Detroit Pistons on the road Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
According to STATS:
- The Pistons lead this season series 2-1. Detroit has won four of its last five home games against the Nets, including a 103-89 victory on January 9.
- Brooklyn has allowed at least 40 points in the paint in each of its last 12 games. Entering this weekend, that was the second-longest active streak in the NBA (Chi, 16).
- Thaddeus Young has recorded a double-double in each of his last three games, giving him 28 for the season. Young had just three double-doubles (in 76 games) in 2014-15; that +25 improvement is easily the biggest by any player (played in minimum 75 percent of team G in both seasons).
- Bojan Bogdanovic, who had a career-high 44 points against the 76ers on Wednesday, followed that performance up by scoring 26 against the Bulls on Thursday. These 70 points are the most scored in a two-game span in a single season by any Net since Deron Williams had 73 points, March 4-6, 2012.
