Can you believe its been 25 years since the Giants defeated the Broncos in Super Bowl XXI?

Well, it has. This morning at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, Big Blue Travel hosted a 25th anniversary event that included MVP Phil Simms, Harry Carson, George Martin, Ottis Anderson, Mark Bavaro, Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick.

Ottis Anderson, the former Giant and MVP of Super Bowl XXV, will be honored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Connecticut Chapter with the 2010 J. Walter Kennedy Award at this year's MS Dinner of Champions on November 11 in Greenwich, CT. From the Greenwich Time:

Since his retirement from the NFL in 1992, Anderson has become a motivational speaker and has been involved with several entrepreneurial ventures. He is also associated with many charitable organizations, including the National MS Society, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the United Way, the American Heart Association and the Deborah Hospital Foundation.

The 32nd MS Dinner of Champions will be hosted by Southport resident Deb Kaufman Placey, sports host on MSG Network, the NHL Network and Versus. Former Madison Square Garden president David W. Checketts will also be honored during the event with the MS Special Achievement?Award.
