[New York, November 18, 2015] - SNY, the official television home of the UConn Huskies Women's Basketball program, today announced the network's full broadcast schedule for the 2015-2016 season. SNY will feature 17 live games and deliver exclusive pre-game, halftime, and post-game shows for most games. The network's LIVE game schedule tips off Monday, November 23 at 7:00pm as the #1 ranked Huskies host Kansas State University at the XL Center. Coverage begins at 6:30pm with the UConn Women's Basketball Preview Show.
Hosted by Gary Apple, the UConn Women's Basketball Preview Show presented by Connecticut Lighting Centers will feature exclusive interviews with players and coaches, as well as in-depth analysis by UConn legends Kara Wolters and Meghan Culmo detailing the key storylines and players to watch in 2015-2016. Play-by-play announcer Eric Frede returns for his third season and will have the call for KSU-UConn starting at 7pm from the XL Center. Frede will be joined by color analyst Meghan Culmo, while Wolters teams with Gary Apple for the network's comprehensive studio coverage including UConn Women's Pre-Game Show presented by Connecticut Lottery, UConn Women's Halftime Show, and UConn Women's Post-Game Show presented by People's United Bank. Kerith Burke resumes her role as SNY's in-game reporter and pre- and post-game contributor.
