"All signs are pointing" to the Rangers landing Panarin, reports Darren Dreger of TSN. Dreger adds that it is believed Panarin is leaving money on the table to join the Blueshirts.

With the Panthers likely not having enough cap space left and the Blue Jackets' late offer worth $96 million for eight years getting rejected, the Panarin sweepstakes seems to be down to the Rangers and Islanders, reports Aaron Portzline of The Athletic.
According to Portzline, Panarin has seven-year offers from both the Rangers and Isles.
