The Mets (40-49, 12.5 GB in NL East, 6.5 GB of second wild card) face the Philadelphia Phillies (46-43, 6.5 GB in NL East, 0.5 GB of second wild card) in the final game before the All-Star break on Sunday at 1:10 p.m. at Citi Field.
Here's what happened on Saturday in case you missed it.
Todd Frazier and Mickey Callaway were ejected in the fifth inning of Saturday's 6-5 win. Frazier was ejected for arguing after he was hit by a Jake Arrieta pitch. After warnings were issued, Arrieta hit Amed Rosario with a pitch, however was not ejected. Callaway argued with the umpires and was ejected. In front of his locker after the game, Arrieta said, "If Frazier's not happy about it, he can come see me. I'll put a dent in his skull."
